What is EAP?

EAP is a hands-on or experiential approach to doing therapy, in which you’ll learn about yourself and others by participating in activities with horses, and then discussing feelings, behaviors, and patterns that were highlighted during the exercises. EAP addresses a variety of mental health and personal growth needs including:

- behavioral problems
- low self esteem
- substance abuse
- marital discord
- abuse
- depression
- anxiety
- family problems

EAP is appropriate for individuals, families and groups.
No horse experience needed.
